MTV’s Run’s House is a reality television series that first aired in 2005. The show is about hip-hop artist Joseph Simmons (a.k.a. Rev Run) and his family. Rev Run most commonly known from the 80’s rap group Run DMC and the younger brother of Def Jam Records founder Russell Simmons. This reality show takes a look at life in the Simmons’ household, which includes Rev Run’s busy life as a father, businessman, minister, his wife’s latest endeavors, and the kid’s adventures in life. As far as reality television shows go, there is a lot of diversity in content, with story lines dealing with youthful to adult issues.

MTV has finally announced a premiere date for the new season of Run’s House, the reality series that sheds light on the life of Rev. Run. Get ready for an all new season of Run’s House, premiering Wednesday July 16th at 10 PM ET/PT. The House That Rap Built Rev Run and the family are back for an all new season of adventures.
